This Cabernet opens with dark fruit aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and a waft of cinnamon.  Black currant flavors accented by black plum and a touch of black pepper spread across the palate with a hint of dark chocolate.  This is a medium-bodied wine with enveloping tannins matched by sweet fruit, creating a long finish.
